HOW DO I SCHEDULE A SESSION?
Click on the Book Now! button to see availability and schedule a session.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
You will receive the address when you book your session. We are conveniently located 2 miles from the I-25 / Windsor exit.
WHERE IS THE SWING?
The swing is in the backyard behind the house.
CAN I BRING PROPS?
Small props are all a ‘yes.’ If you would like to bring a larger prop, like a car or truck, we just ask that you run that by us beforehand.
IS THERE A PUBLIC RESTROOM?
No, there is no public restroom on site, please plan accordingly.
IS THERE A CHANGING FACILITY?
Sorry, there is not.
CAN I TAKE A 5-MINUTE QUICK PEEK AT THE PROPERTY?
You bet! CONTACT US to schedule a time.
CAN I OPEN THE BARN DOORS?
Sorry, there is no barn access.
CAN I MOVE THE RAILROAD TIE BENCH?
Absolutely! Feel free to move it around at your pleasure. Then kindly return it when you’re finished.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE GROUPS?
Yes. Please contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly for parking.
CAN I SCHEDULE LESS THAN AN HOUR?
All bookings are only by the hour.
CAN I STAY BEYOND MY SESSION TIME?
Please promptly adhere to your scheduled session time out of respect for others. Be aware that many sessions are tightly scheduled back-to-back. If you require additional time, and the next hour is available, you can either refer to the Book Now! link to extend your session or you may notify us and we can send you an invoice.
WHAT IF MY TIME SLOT RUNS PAST SUNSET OR STARTS BEFORE SUNRISE?
When I create the schedule, I do my best to schedule around the sun, but not all schedules will be perfect. Please double check sunset/sunrise times before booking, to ensure the session you select will work for you.
DO YOU HAVE RECOMMENDED PHOTOGRAPHERS?

ARE AREAS OF THE PROPERTY OFF LIMITS?
Great question! I have attached a map of the property HERE indicating what area is off limits.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS DAMAGED OR BROKEN?
Small things happen. Please let us know ASAP. The Renter will be responsible for fixing an expensive repair.
