POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

*We are a rental space only, we do not provide photography services.

ANIMALS

Well behaved animals are welcome, but you must pick up after them. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times. We request advanced notice if you would like to bring a horse.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

We do not allow confetti, fireworks, sparklers, candles or smoke bombs.

WOODPILE

Absolutely no sitting or climbing on the woodpile.

CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer refunds or cancellations, only rescheduling. All sales are final.

RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule by clicking the RESCHEDULE button in your email confirmation at least 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled session. This policy applies regardless of the reason for rescheduling, including weather-related concerns.

EARLY OR LATE ARRIVAL

You may arrive up to 10 minutes before your session, but please remain in the parking area if there is a session ahead of you. Remember that you are booking a specific time slot and not an amount of time, so if you are late that reduces the amount of time you have for your session.

PARKING

Refer to this PARKING MAP. We have done our best to select a parking area that will not be visible in most pictures. If necessary, you may park elsewhere during YOUR session, but please remain on the gravel if not in the defined parking area.

BOUDOIR PHOTGRAPHY

Proper attire must always be worn during all photo shoots. We cannot accommodate boudoir photography.

AGREEMENT AND WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

All persons who enter the property as a photographer, assistant, parent or one being photographed must sign an AGREEMENT AND WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY prior to beginning their session.
